Order Processing Times:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered dispatched when it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. Please note, during busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time reflects the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. This varies depending on factors like your location. Here are some general estimates:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

We will work with our shipping partners to resolve issues and get your package to you as soon as possible.

Lulliva is not liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated and assist as much as we can to resolve any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is handed off to our courier partners, it’s in their care. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at support@lulliva.com. We’ll do our best to assist you, and you may also need to contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Lulliva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and this is outside of our refund policy. However, if the package is not recovered or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances. In cases where the courier can’t locate the package, filing a police report may be necessary.
